Boka Bay, September 16 – The Ocean Race Europe 2025 concluded in Boka Bay, Montenegro, with races, meetings, and final celebrations.
In the final leg, from Genoa to Boka Bay, Allagrande Mapei recorded a fourth-place finish.
For this final leg, Mapei Serbia participated with its clients, accompanied by Nenad Cvetković (General Manager of Mapei Serbia) and Uroš Jovanović (Product Manager of Mapei Serbia), as well as Marco Pagliani (Export Area Manager of Mapei Spa).
The program began on September 16 with the guests' arrival. On Wednesday the 17th, the day was dedicated to The Ocean Race Experience, with access to the Sailor Terrace, a boat visit, and sea-view lunch, concluding with dinner with Ambrogio Beccaria and his team in Porto Montenegro. On Thursday the 18th, clients visited the village and followed the Pro-Am (a short points race) from the pier, with three guests having the opportunity to go aboard and experience the race firsthand.
The team finished in fifth place in the general classification. But the real achievement is another: from Kiel to Genoa and then to Montenegro. Over these months, Allagrande Mapei has grown, learned, won, and above all, become a team.
As Ambrogio recounted: "A crash, a comeback, a victory in Italy, and many different emotions. But above all, the feeling of being part of something bigger than a boat."
The Ocean Race Europe 2025 adventure has ended, but Allagrande Mapei is already ready for the next challenge... the Transat Cafe L'OR (formerly Transat Jacques Vabre) starts on October 26 from Le Havre (France).
One goal, one team, one journey
