Right of Withdrawal

Users purchasing as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

• Return products intact, unused and in their original packaging
  
  

• Return shipping costs are borne by the user unless otherwise stated by the company
  
  

Refund

Once the returned goods have been received and their condition verified, the company will refund the amount paid within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products
  
  

• Sealed products opened after delivery
  
  

• Products that by their nature cannot be returned
