Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to our e-commerce website (“Site”). Access to and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of products available for sale, are governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Users are invited to read them carefully before making any purchase or performing any action on the Site.

Prices are shown in Euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Product availability is displayed on each product page. In the event of unexpected unavailability, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded.

7. Right of Withdrawal

 

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by sending a written request to shop@allagranderacing.com, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.

Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided by the customer.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified or in the case of defective or non-compliant products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for hygiene reasons, or any items excluded under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The company is not responsible for temporary malfunctions, delays or service unavailability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, layout) is owned by the company or its respective rights holders.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court is the consumer’s court of residence.
